Stuart was great came looked at tv and said it was tv broken nothing to do with aerial

Engineer arrived on time explained what was required and then fitted the ariel and tested. very polite and informative,

Jake was excellent, quickly identified the problem and sorted it there and then. Provided really useful advice as well. Highly recommended. The wider booking system which got Jake to us was let down by misleading (over-optimistic) advice about when he/ the service engineer would get to us.

Phoned the company to set up the new tv I purchased. The person on the phone was polite and helpful. The tv engineer came the next day he was on time. He polite helpful explained how the tv operated took away the old tv as well with the packaging. So a good job done.
